IBIEducate: Tools to Adapt Flour QC to an Automated Industry @ IBIE ‘25
In an independent survey of the baking industry, 96% of bakers admit they still have production issues, although their flour quality parameters meet their certificate of acceptance (COA). For 24% of them, these issues happen in more than 1 out of 10 deliveries.
Such a situation can lead to very costly financial and image damage. This observation should make us reflect on how we deal with flour quality control and specification in today's changing world. At the 2025 International Baking Industry Expo (IBIE) in Las Vegas (September 14-17), our Business Development Director Arnaud Dubat will present in an IBIEducate Session on the topic “Adapting Flour Quality Control to an Automated, More Competitive Baking Industry.”
This presentation will present innovative tools and approaches that help Bakers and Miller optimize their quality control and implement COAs based on what has proven to be efficient.
Conferencegoers will have the chance to attend the free talk in two different sessions:
· Session 1: Monday, September 15 – 9:45 am - 10:45am – West Hall, Room W203/W204
· Session 2: Tuesday, September 16 – 11:00 am - 12:00pm – West Hall, Room W203/W204
